A long term lease allows for convenient access throughout the season
without the hassles associated with short term stays. You will have the flexibility
during your lease term to leave the unit arranged to your taste and make frequent
visits. This will allow you to have plenty of time to explore major ski resorts
in Summit County (Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, Loveland)
as well as engage in other winter activities like snow shoeing, ice skating
and snowmobiling. From a cost prespective long term lease option is very economical
as you will be renting directly from us ( the owners) at an extremely reasonable
rate and avoid paying high management fees for your stay. You will also have
the use of the property for an entire six months period for almost the same
cost as an extended 2 week vacation stay. It also makes sense when compared
to from an ownership prespective as with this type of rental you don't have
the additional cost of Homer Owner Association dues, Taxes, Insurance, Utilitiles
and Maintainence on top of your Mortgage.
In the summer enjoy close proximity to two premiere golf courses
in Kestone, fly fishing on the Snake river and Dillon Lake, and mountain biking/hiking/horseback
riding/offroading throughout the various inter connecting trails in the area,
some of which take you to old mining sites and logging routes. The Silverthrone
factory outlet malls, within a short drive, provide a truely unique shopping
experience in a beautiful moutain setting. With incredible deals on designer
brand name merchendise, which are at substantial discount off of retail prices,
makes for a very rewarding shopping experience. Lake Dillion Marina provides
opportunity for boating and fishing during the summer, take a couple hour
boat ride around the lake to truely appreciate the vistas of this area. During
your stay enjoy visits to the nearby towns of Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon,
and Silverthrone accessible through the free summit county shuttle. If you
